A brief introduction to the Holy Quran
The word Qur’an is from “Qira’a” which means to read, because the Qur’an is the only book that is read the most in the world, so it is called the Qur’an. The Qur’an is the last book of Allah, the Almighty. He revealed it to his last prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). Over a period of about twenty three (23) years. Allah revealed it gradually according to circumstances, events and needs.This book is a source of guidance and guidance for people who are coming to the Day of Resurrection. It is a miracle of the Holy Qur’an that the one who reads it does not suffer from boredom, but he gets new pleasure and satisfaction in every word.
قرآن مجید کا مختصر تعارف
لفظ قرآن ” قِرَاءَةٌ “ سے ہے جس کے معنی پڑھنے کے ہیں، چوں کہ قرآن مجید ایسی واحد کتاب ہے جو دنیا میں سب سے زیادہ پڑھی جاتی ہے ، اس لیے اسے قرآن کہا جاتا ہے۔ قرآن مجید اللہ تعالیٰ کی آخری کتاب ہے ، جو اس نے اپنے آخری نبی حضرت محمد(صلَّى اللہُ عَلَيْہِ وَ اَلِہِ وَ سَلَّمَ ) پر نازل فرمائی۔ یہ اللہ تعالیٰ کا کلام ہے جو اللہ تعالیٰ کے مقرب فرشتے حضرت جبریل(عَلَيْہِ السَّلَامُ) کے ذریعے سے نازل ہوا ۔ قرآن مجید کو اللہ تعالیٰ نے تقریبا تیس (23) سال کے عرصے میں آہستہ آہستہ حالات و واقعات اور ضرورت کے مطابق نازل فرمایا۔ یہ کتاب قیامت تک آنے والے انسانوں کے لیے رشد و ہدایت اور راہ نمائی کا ذریعہ ہے۔ یہ قرآن مجید کا معجزہ ہے کہ اسے پڑھنے والا اکتاہٹ کا
شکار نہیں ہوتا بلکہ اسے ہر لحہ نئی لذت اور سرور حاصل ہوتا ہے۔
تلاوت قرآن مجید کے آداب
(Etiquette of reciting the Holy Quran)
قرآن مجید کی تلاوت سے پہلے درج ذیل آداب کا اہتمام کریں ۔
Arrange the following rituals before reciting the Holy Quran.
1-پاک صاف اور باوضو ہو کر قرآن مجید کی تلاوت کا اہتمام کریں۔
1- Organize the recitation of the Holy Quran by being pure and clean.
2 – قرآن مجید کی تلاوت سے پہلے تعوذ اور تسمیہ پڑھیں ۔
2- Before reciting the Holy Qur’an, read tawzu and tasmiya.
3- قرآن مجید کو ٹھہر ٹھہر کر پڑھیں۔
3- Read the Holy Quran continuously.
4- قرآن مجید کی تلاوت دل جمعی کے ساتھ کریں۔
4- Recite the Holy Qur’an with full concentration.
5- قرآن مجید کی تلاوت کے دوران سجدہ تلاوت کا اہتمام کریں۔
5- Organize the Sajdah recitation during the recitation of the Holy Quran.
6- قرآن مجید کی تلاوت کو خاموشی سے سنیں ۔
6- Listen to the recitation of the Holy Quran in silence.
7- تَرْجَمَةُ الْقُرْآنِ الْمَجِيدِ کی درس وتدریس کے دوران آیات مبارکہ کے معانی ومفاہیم پر خصوصی توجہ دیں۔
7- Pay special attention to the meanings and concepts of the blessed verses during the recitation and the translation of the Holy Qur’an.
8- اللہ تعالی اور اس کے رسول(صلَّى اللہُ عَلَيْہِ وَ اَلِہِ وَ سَلَّمَ) کی محبت سے سرشار ہو کر قرآن مجید کی تلاوت کریں۔
8- Be filled with love for Allah and His Messenger (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and recite the Holy Quran.
9- تلاوت قرآن مجید کے دوران آیات کے معانی ومفاہیم پر غور وفکر کرتے ہوئے اور خوشی وغم کی کیفیات کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے اللہ تعالی سے رحمت و مغفرت کی دعا کا اہتمام کریں۔
9- During the recitation of the Holy Qur’an, while reflecting on the meanings of the verses and expressing the qualities of happiness and sadness, organize a prayer for mercy and forgiveness from Allah Ta’ala.
10- تلاوت قرآن مجید کے بعد اللہ تعالیٰ کے حضور رحمت و مغفرت کی دعا کا اہتمام کریں۔
10- After reciting the Holy Quran, pray for mercy and forgiveness before Allah Ta’ala.
